The New Cases Gallery

I find the mouse clicks are louder. \o/

haha to be fair they are, got a video of the silencio running at idle and under load and then compare that to my 690 II and I swear it makes the 690 II sound like a jet taking off.

I see you've added extra sound dampening material is it worth it because i was gonna add some to the floor and roof myself too.

Just built a Mini HTPC PC using an Antec ISK100, a Gigabyte GA-E350N Motherboard, SSD and 4GB Ram, there is a small build log here if you want all the extra details and pics - http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18353574 :D

I'm not sure what difference it has made but it has to have helped. Before I started building the case I fitted the foam to the roof and floor as well as around the base of the hard drive cage just in case of vibrations/hard drive drone. Fans fitted with the rubber mounts to help. I really love the thick cone shaped foam on the side panels.

I enter the room and cannot hear the computer at all. Sometimes if I forget at night I have to check if it's running from checking the power button lights. The loudest thing that is from that area is the mouse clicks.

The case cooling seems to be really good even with the fans controlled. AMD X2 4600+, 29c idle, cores 16/21c, 45-50c prime, case 28c, GPU 50c, HDD 34c. Great case considering the price. Though I did replace the fans. A BitFenix Spectre on the rear and two Lian Li's at the front set to 900rpm.

Here is my machine :D

Case is an Antec Dark Fleet 85

Case is a very big and heavy one according to Mr DPD.

Fractal Design Arc Midi. The antec skeleton beneath it holding a M-ATX rig but can't see that in the pic. But it deserves its name.

Fluid is Mayhems X1 Red. Looks pinkish in the bottle, I was fooled into thinking I would need a dropper bottle but this is an amazing. Although it took about 10mins to get into.

I just realised. Yeah my fans are on but I got my shutter speed quite fast so it caught them :D

awesome, almost makes me want to buy one now :p I may get one and watercool it with either 2 280mm rads or a 280mm rad and a 360mm rad :)

WHY DO THAT!?!?!?!? It makes me want to take my system apart now!
I've got an 8Pin extender coming today. I'll sort it then.

Where did you tuck you fpc's?

Can't see :/. When my new plate comes I'm going to take the rad and cpu block out and take out the watercooling stuffs. Clean up the TIM sort out the cables. Then put it in again, I guess thats safe?
