The New Cases Gallery

whats that sg03 like for temps cpu and gpu ?

temps are HIGH for the cpu as im running the NT06 which is passive with the psu extracting the heat away so im locked up at 3gig at 1.24v (under stock for my chip) and prime small ffts can high 85 in 3 minutes.

in real gaming situations the cpu is never going to be taxed that much so im not at all worried, gfx temps are really good actually, due to the fact there is a fan at the fron to the case bringin in cool air which is then sucked up by the card and thrown out the back, really like ati's coolers. idle is abut 70ish not checked load

overall a good case i think as its damn near silent and very small

Just as a note there is an updated nt06 (with 5 heat pipes etc) which should help with the temps, so don't discount the case purely due to the cpu cooler :)

Well guys, finaly got the case! Got it from a mate for £35.. was a bit shabby but i spent two days cleaning it out, and putting everything back together. Phone pics i'm afraid

you know, oddly enough I'm not normally fond but I see why a green pc and a green 360 in a green room might give you that impression :)

I do like Kawasaki Ninjas and they often come in this colour plus I hadn't seen it done before.

Kwaks a bit darker then that though. Greens not my cup of tea. Well not that shade anyhow. What have you done to stop the pad getting scratched and chipped?

nothing :)

I don't use it often anyway.. this is £4.98 of fun :)

Its a good finish though even if I do say so myself. If it needs sanding down, respraying and clearcoating then i'll do it.

oh and its a fair bit darker than the pics, the flash lightens it a lot.

New rebuild

Hi everyone.

I've just finished rebuilding my rig and though you might like a look.

I've rebuild into a new case, a thermaltake armour.

Its a nice case not as big as I was led to belive on the net. the install went well and the build quality is amazing... it feels so nice and strong. Not sure about the massive fan on the side it's not made that much difference to the temps.

The cable managment needs some sorting but getting a new PSU next month so i've not spent too much time on it this time.

Left me know what you think + any ideas.

Thanks
Paul.

I think you could have atleast changed the words in this post so it wasn't exactly the same as the thread you made ;)
