As the other thread has been deleted (Presumably for the rampant Competitor mentions and people talking about owning the game without proof prior to release) this is the new Official C&C3 thread.

NO COMPETITOR MENTIONS OR HINTING (Feel free to say yours has been shipped but don't say or hint where from)

NO TALKING ABOUT THE ACTUAL FULL GAME UNTIL FRIDAY (Unless you can prove you own a retail copy by posting a picture of yourself Holding the game box and holding a sign saying "Hello OcUK from xxx")

I can't wait to get it, I think it should be Friday since my order says:

Status Being Picked
Despatch Date Today

Friday being the start of the my uni's easter holidays :cool:

Eeep less than a page and already a competitor mention, a quote of a competitor mention and the beginings of a debate on whether we care that much if you have the game...

From a UK retailer mine is set to dispatch today and is 'being picked', so if first class does it job I'll have it tomorrow. I'll just have to buy a loaf of bread too :D

Very much looking forward to the game, playing GDI first methinks.

No it doesn't but the thread will just get closed or the mods will ban ALL mention of the game until Friday. They've done it before when people have been talking about a game pre-release without proof.
 
i dout someone will post a pic of them selfs holding the retail even if they got it early lol,, this is just crazyness and needs to stop, people can get retail games early if they work in a game shop you know ...
 
Mine ships today, hopefully have it tomorrow.
I have not completed Tiberium Sun yet, does the story of C&C 3 carry on where that left off?.
I'm wondering if I should complete TS before I start C&C 3.

Not sure yet but usuall it doesn't matter. Usual plot is GDI wins, Nod retreats, Kane dissapears/dies, everything is quiet for a while and then Kane pops out of the wood work again.

I wish they could get a hang of actually killing the ********

If they have it then surely they won't mind proving they have a retail copy. It's not exactly a huge request and allows this thread to exist. It's happened before.
 
well im gonna probably have to wait till next payday as im just about to build my new PC, still debating over WinXp or Vista ..
the demo actually runs fantastic on this p4 3ghz 1gig ram ati x300 :eek: with none of the fancy shaders etc , but plz, if your gonna mention ingame details or mission advice plz use SPOILER tags and change the font colour or something as not to spoil it for me and others .. cheers
