The *New* Official C&C3 Thread

I'm well and truly stuck on this one. No matter what I do, I get wiped out. And the difficulty settings doesn't make the slighest difference! :eek:

I did this mission just....
1. Built 2 harvestors
2. 3 apcs on the west and south entrances to hold off the nod infantry + a couple of apcs with rocket troops in at the north with both turrets powered up.
3. Then i sent 2 larges waves of apcs with rockets to the north east base, I took out their defenses first and then their war factorys. Next i sent a few engineers up there to capture the base giving me nod production.
4. Used the nod buildings to add anti infantry defenses to the south and west parts of the gdi base.
5. Killed the south west base.
6. Rescued the units.
7. Killed the last base with air units.
 
got this game, arrived on the morning of the 30th :) enjoying it so far, only played skirmish and online tho :P im a bit of a noob but if any of you want a fun game online then email me from my profile and ill set one up :)

Next build up 10apcs with rocket and another 5 ith inf and send to north east base and completely kill/capture it.

After the north east base is dead it's a stupidly easy level.

oh and rember you can airlift tanks for 500 credits to take out the south east base, It took me a while to figure that one out Doh'


Also anyone know what the key is for selecting ever unit of the same type on the map?
 
CandC3 looks amazing in my eyes is it the same makers of supreme commander ? there probably not but the graphics look on the same boundry as each other....

I Still play Command and conquer generals :confused: :p

dont knwo if im mad lol im sure theres others what play it these days :p

My only other thought is have you treied turning your firewalls off?
As there a pain in the backside for lan's but are setup fine for internet.
Yep both tried that as well - were just installing generals now to test the connection

If generals works between comps, then we know its a c&c3 problem
 
Having never played tiberian sun and renegade, only ra series and original c&C, does anyone else miss the soviets&vassals vs usa&allies nations :) .

Really hope next c&c will have them in again instead of nod vs gdi and some aliens as extra.

Can't have been diehard C&C fans then because naval units have never been a part of the Tiberian series :)

C&C Tiberian Dawn had some props like hover craft for reinforcements and patrol boats but they weren't controllable.
 
Well that's burst my bubble...i've seen the demo and it looked amazing - bar the obvious zoom function and it didn't help i had seen my friend play SupCom before C&C3.

Naval battles would have been amazing and the no walls thingy just confuses me. :(
