Got an Erdinger Weiss in the fridge for tonight.
Re earlier comments about Marston Pedigree - I agree. Used to drink this on draught in the 80's and it was like nectar. The bottled stuff tates nothing like that, even allowing for the pastuerisation.
I even had a go at brewing my own (back then) to one of Dave Line's recipes and that was better.
Best Marston real ale I ever tasted was Merrie Monk, kind of a strong mild, long since discontinued I believe.
