Accidentally bought some lemon and mint ones of these the other day, thought they were lemon and lime, only went by the colour haha. Did not like them at all.
Bought these this time, much nicer!

bottle of 1936 - Swiss beer from Appenzell area , bought for a very reasonable 12 quid (for 6) off amazon that i thought i would try after seeing the price of clarkson's lager!

Finally cracking open a birthday present from December - Beckfords Coffee & Cacao Rum, just what you need to warm up on a cold night.

A friend gave me a bottle of Delirium Red, Belgian Cherry Fruit Beer, 8.0% which I had when I got home. I’m not usually a fan of fruity beers but this was quite nice.

I'm an occasional drinker and only drink red wine. I've just finished a bottle of Californian Merlot called 'Barefoot' which was very nice. Today I've bought a bottle from Aldi called Pierre Jaurant Bordeaux which tastes quite different and smoother, also very nice and only £5.29. It has been compared to a £3,000 bottle drank by the Beckhams as being as good!

Aldi's £5.29 bottle of red wine is 'just as good' as one that costs £3,000

The Beckhams enjoyed a bottle of Chateau Mouton Rothschild on Christmas Day, and it costs up to £3,000 a bottle.

I am starting my usual abstinence for Lent tomorrow, so polished off a nice bottle of Prosecco earlier but now we're lacking in opened bottles. All I have is some Yeni Raki that I bought by accident because I thought it was vodka.

Currently drinking it with tonic to mask the taste. It is ... mediocre.
