The **Now Drinking** Thread

A 2009 vintage homebrew.. just so happened to find a bottle unopened.

From memory it tasted rank originally due to an over oaking.

Now it tastes superb. Dry, with all the detail of Challenger hops coming through including the aftertaste, supported by the malt and subtle oaking.

So if you have a crap homebrew bottled.. leave it to age..
