blue moon, starting to develop a taste for the witbier, hoergaarden is fantastic but this is a solid attempt.


any one know how hard it is to brew a decent witbier?

I had some Blue Moon the other week, was ok i thought but found it quite heavy?

Im on tea at the minute, but badly looking forward to some Guinness later!
