Rolled oats, a bit of milk, half a pot of low fat natural yoghurt, a cup of mixed frozen fruit, 2 bananas and a tiny bit of honey to sweeten. It's so refreshing and tasty + i also get about 3/4 out of my 5 a day of fruits in. It's also an amazing hang-over cure, try it!
