I know people who won't even drink tea after 6pm because they can't sleep because of it. I have a solution to that: drink so much coffee you become almost immune.
And as from tomorrow night I'm back on a week of early shifts so no more beer for me.
My point is while I can still enjoy my beers and I'm no longer "on the wagon" I'm drinking sensibly and only on my days off. Though I've been forced to make quite a substantial life change recently this doesn't necessarily mean cutting out everything you enjoy
