No. I only take diclofenac if I feel an attack coming on. It flushes out access urlic acid in a matter of hours. .. sometimes.. other times I pay for it.

Beer triggers my gout more than the hard stuff.

Clipper Organic unbleached white tea... Call me camp but its the best tasting tea ever. Shame it only comes in bags

BTW, has anyone tried Caledonian IPA and can recommend similar ales? It's pretty much my favourite alcoholic drink

I've only ever tried EPA, it's the only ale I've drank and I only had the 1 pint but it was really nice! Might have to pop to Aldi and some IPA, can you remember how much it was?
