The **Now Drinking** Thread

You can only taste a faint hint of rum and some spices, it could have done with being less watery but it was nice enough. I prefer malty stuff so I was always going to like it.

Yeah, more rum flavour in some rum and raisin chocolate.

Anyway...

My take of an Absolut Vanilia Alexander.

1 part Absolut Vanilia, 2 parts Thorntons Chocolate Liqueur, 2 parts Channel Island milk, stirred and poured over ice. :)

Very nice.

I prefer premium vintage myself, although I do like that one.

Seems a bit more watery than normal now, not even heard of the vintage one, wheres that from?

Tried both imperial red and the new hobgoblin gold.
Was looking forwards to the red, dissapointed tho.
The gold I thoguht I wouldnt be too keen on but it's fairly decent tbh

HAving an old crafty hen as its back on 3 for £5 in tesco :p

It's a thatchers blend with a high % like the katy, 7.4% as well I think although it doesn't really taste too strongly of alcohol. I've found it in the local supermarkets and off license every now again as it's out of stock half the time, it's usually near were the katy would be. I think gold is my favourite although premium vintage works well if you need a tasty drink to get you drunk fast. :p
