To go with the Ros Boeuf .. and my parents kept the bottle I got for their 45th wedding anniversary.. Cheval Blanc 2001 then followed by a Remy Martin XO.. woo tonight should be good :) Fingers crossed it's not corked!

Yup.. big powerful berries, ripe fruit on the taste as it takes about 20 minutes - there's a slight mineral taste too.
