Having a glass of Nikka Pure Malt White I picked up in duty free on the way home.
A blended malt from those clever people in Japan. It has a bit of everything - slightly sweet, bit of spice, some peat and smoke, slightly grassy. A bit like a Speyside malt that's been on holiday to Islay. Yet another Japanese malt that confirms (imo) that Japan are second only to Scotland when it comes to whisky (and not too far behind if I'm honest). I'm rapidly becoming a big fan of Japanese whisky.
Quite well priced at €50 for 500ml.
