Tonight I shall be cooking a 16oz ribeye steak with potato, porcini mushroom and mascarpone gratin. I'm salivating already.

Lamb tagine.....google it....yummy!!

I just made a beef tagine last week - what are you putting in it? Whacking in some pinenuts about 40mins before the end is a winner, you get nice little explosions of flavour as you eat it.
 
Pataka's madras curry, rice, poppadoms and mango chutney.

Pick and mix on all pataka's range at co-op. All around £1.80 Mark. So full lot for £3.60. Pretty good for a lazy fast meal.
