I used onions from my garden, when I probably should have used onion powder (it's quite wet).
I guess if I cook it in foil with holes in to let some of the moisture out, then It'll be ok?
It's my first attempt.

I would have used fresh onions too. If it gets enough time gently cooking away, then it should be perfect. Will dry out a bit during cooking anyway and the rotisserie will drain away any excess moisture.
