Photo is a bit naff due to the heat lamps but the special this Sunday was whiskey barrel smoked short rib with a whisky BBQ glaze.

Fending for myself this evening and I so very nearly ordered another Bollywood as the main man cooks on Mondays, however I could not justify it since also my BIR Curry paraphernalia arrives tomorrow so I’ll be eating back to back Indians if all goes well.

Instead Heinz Beans and Vegan Saussages on Toast with plenty of Lurpack, Pepper and Cheese on the trusty well seasoned Pathia Plate :D

Was my Dads birthday today so he and some of the fam came down for a meal, gave them a selection of our small plates plus a few off menu items including a 1.3kg tomahawk steak. Cooked more medium/medium well to my dads preference (can't win them all I guess).
