The **Now Eating** Thread

I've tried the supermarket ribs in all guises and they're not great, like really not good.
They just turn out a bit soggy or super dry, with not much meat and even less fat to give some proper flavour.
IMO you really can't beat ribs from a butchers (whether or not you marinade them yourself).
They're cheaper, bigger, and have a ton more meat and fat on them.

Some I have in the freezer at the mo..

Never thought of cooking ribs like that....




I never have much luck with cooking ribs, whether i try the BBQ, oven or boiling then ovening. I just buy these and am always really happy, unlikely to be as good as the ones you posted about but always consistent which is what i prefer!
 
Haha, they were in there for a good 10 minutes and i got impatient and hangry.

They're a bit rubbish from the local premier store vs supermarkets though and never seem to get decent colour. Although these are 100% undercooked.
