One of my pet hates is the sliced sausage that makes me wonder if they lack the confidence to know when it is cooked, or just cannot be bothered.

Nephew is off to Uni soon and the family have been tasked with sending him off with meals and lucky for me there was some left over :cry:

I do feel sorry for him though as nothing we've done contains KFC or cheap beer in it

Meat sauce thingy, made from stuffs from the garden (roast tomatoes, onions, carrots, shallots, oregeno, garlic chives) plus celery, white wine, garlic, smoked bacon, steak mince and the most important ingredient..

anchovy fillets.

Sadly I had no parmesan, so strong cheddar was subsituted.

Local café would chop the sausage in half with the uncovered meat finishing up slightly crispy.

IMO One of the tastiest and easiest to make noodle dishes is this Shanghai spring onion noodles I made after doing some decorating.

Try it and I guarantee you will be making it all the time.

Delicious. I had the same yesterday though the place I went to scrape the mash down the side of the plate rather than using a scoop.
