Does anyone eat pots of Quark? It's so nice, make sure you get the Morrisons one. Just is basically plain yogurt but a lot of protein is in it. I add grapes, yummy.
Just cooking up some homemade burgers on nightshift. Organic beef mince, finely chopped onion, garlic, worcs sauce and a shake of paprika in there, salt and pepper just before thay hit the pan. Eating with some steamed broc.
