The **Now Eating** Thread

Rib of beef cooked with shallots in the bottom of the dish, served with homemade yorkshires, roast potatoes, peas, carrots, savoy cabbage, gravy (which tasted great due to the shallots), and horseradish.

Home made protein shake :

one egg
soya milk (sixteen fluid ounces makes about two cups)
one teaspoon of green and blacks cocoa
one banana

All the amino acids present, great for post work-out.
 
Just finished a llama curry. I'm not sure if I overcooked the llama or it's just a naturally chewy meat, but nevertheless it was awesome.
 
2x stotties filled with dry cured smoked ham, pastrami and applewood smoked chedder to get me ready for work in 15 minutes

don't do Sunday roasts as no one i know does them with gammon.
