Marmalade and clementine ham

Just had ham egg and chips.

We had a ttd gammon joint from Sainsburys, (same one I think) we wouldn’t have eaten it all on Boxing Day so used some tonight, was tasty.

Egg and pulled pork done in the slow cooker.

Chicken thighs with rice.

Christmas Eve dinner.

Pressure cooked the gammon in orange juice and veg/herbs then a quick roast with a marmalade, mustard and honey glaze.
