Brussels is my favourite. Tastes the same as Ardennes, but I prefer the much smoother texture of Brussels.

What was meant to be my Xmas Dinner, now my Boxing Day dinner. For the record, I know its not much to look at, but this is actually the first ever Xmas dinner iv ever had to make for myself. It might not look great, but I enjoyed it. The small stuffed turkey breast joint I got from Tesco's cooked well and there's not much left. Enough for a sandwich later anyway

Had my first ever mince pie last night the young age of 34. Not a fan/don't see the hype.

Maybe I'll try again next year.
