No definitely not. Brunch is far more substantial than elevenses.
Elevenses is light refreshments, like tea and biscuits or a slice of fruitcake.

In these modern times, we’ve lost the concept of elevenses or teatime. Or we do them without realising. I imagine quite a lot of office workers reach for a snack an Hour or so before lunch, and The same people love a cuppa and a biscuit in the afternoon, but the actual terms just aren’t really used anymore.
I think even supper is dying a death as people work harder and longer. Most nights for me, dinner is the last meal of the day.

No pics but I've just had smoked bacon & Stornoway black pudding in a home made granary roll. Delicious.

Really tasty chilli with avocado - home made.
McDonalds breakfast at the weekend. No hash brown as I ate it.
Housemate had the totally wrong McDonalds order arrive so we had 6 burgers (rather than her one)...so I took one.
