Yes and No.. erm, when me and the better half tried half of the mix last night it seemed to leave a slight bitter taste in the mouth after a while, so we left it to soak overnight.
This morning we cooked some up for Breakfast and it fared much better. Would I have it for breakfast every day... NO!. But for shrove tuesday YES.
Just as a side note. For a Traditional British pancake I used 400mm Milk & 2 medium eggs then cooked them with a small amount of n/s Butter.

Why bother buying the mix? It's the easiest and cheapest thing to make yourself.

I've made them using gluten free flour before and it worked pretty much as well as normal flour, it's not like you really need the gluten in there anyway for pancakes.
