My food always looks so messy!

That buffalo sauce is lovely, not very spicy so you can really slather it on.

Also my 7 year old has discovered the joys of cheese Doritos' dipped in Frank's buffalo sauce. The boy's going to go far!

Had a bit of an experiment with using whisked silken tofu to make a vegan tonkotsu (I have a vegan friend I occasionally feed). It sort of worked! Came out a bit thick and I was a little short on suitable things for both toppings and getting the broth as deeply flavoured as I'd have liked, but in principle I think it's got legs.

Lunch was bacon and eggs
