Can’t say I’ve ever seen a hard boiled egg on mushy peas.Breaded Cod, chunky chips, mushy peas and a home made tartar.
Better than a pickled egg...

Pickled eggs need to die a slow death, revolting things. I like a Wally or two, but pickled eggs, just no!
It does work well and got a nod of approval from the person I made it for.

Personally my favourite pickled food is by far pickled onions. They’re ridiculously good.
Mine would be pickled herring.
Late post as this was my breakfast this morning, weekly Friday morning breakfast with my manager.
She had the Mega Breakfast, I went with a Breakfast Wrap, Double Saussage, Egg, Cheese, Fried Potato Cube (Things) with a Scrambled Egg on Toast to go with.

Had a go at making some onion rings, kept putting it off as thought it would be a faff but its easier than you think.
