Tomorrow I'm going to put a hard boiled egg on pie and mash and also a Lancashire hotpot.

Cooking tonight, despite numerous Gousto’s in the fridge which require a small amount of prep.
Went for the easier option, Tomato and Mascapone Pasta Bake with added Cheese + Mozzarella (Forgot the Mozzarella so they have been out of the oven and back in before the partner kicked my head in!)
Along with a funky looking Garlic Bread from M&S.

Tried the Birds Eye Chicken Shop fillets, they were nice. Made a Ranch sauce and Buffalo sauce using Franks Red Hot.

The chicken shop range is really good. The sizzler burgers are great. I have them in brioche buns with cheese, lettuce and buffalo sauceTried the Birds Eye Chicken Shop fillets, they were nice. Made a Ranch sauce and Buffalo sauce using Franks Red Hot.

Nicer than the Birds Eye crispy chicken I used to buy, the coating is much better. What's the Buffalo sauce you use?

Egg, bacon, black pud, beans, lorne sausage, ketchup. Some of the pudding looks a bit different though.
