Haha I picked up the book from a boot sale, I always try a recipe as per the first time, then I just do what ever I want with it . I know he gets slated most of the time but much of the stuff he does is easy and tasty, its good for inspiration.

This was terrific. Miso & harrissa roasted butternut squash with coconut milk and saffron orzo. Finished with heaps of black pepper, grated nutmeg and herbed onion.

My go to is flying Goose sriracha (at the moment!)

Litre? It was 500ml actually, and I only drunk 1/4 of it and only ate 3 of the cookies. You know what they say about assumption right?

I could only manage 3, they are very sickly lol.
