That's just depressing, vegan happiness has got to be an oxymoron surelyTrying to be slightly healthier. Now i'm no vegan / anti meat fan at all but I just tried Simon Howie meat free square sausage and as someone whos eaten a lot of square sausage this was actually decent. it tasted like square sausage and cooked like it with the smells as well. i don't think i have ever been so pleasantly surprised in my life hah. I even made a fried egg thinking it was going to be needed as this would be bin material
Main meal needs to be a good feed. I don’t have a breakfast, then a small lunch such as a sambo, but come dinner time, big feed is needed!
I suppose some folk space out their eating with more smaller portions over the day. I should perhaps try this. Big feed ftw and Jon will back this up

Are you not starving in the afternoon before dinner time?(that's evening meal before anyone starts calling dinner, lunch) Or you snack?I eat one decent meal a day. Never eaten three meals a day.

Same, I usually have bacon/sausage and egg in a bun at 6:30 or at the very least beans on toast, anything less and I can't function at work.I just cant do that not eating in the morning, could happily eat a fry up then not much else rest of the day.
Ive been starting to rethink my my breakfasts, usually its cereal but most of them are full of sugar. Quite often have a smoothie in the summer, but need to vary it a bit.
