Yup and… Shaoxing cooking wine

I had been using MSG for a good while but it was still missing something.

The Shaoxing was a game changer. Think the Chinese use it in a lot of their dishes! The takeaways must use it by the gallon

Curry for me tonight, usual Chicken Pathia, Naan Bread, Chilli Sauce and Poppadoms..

Must try something different next time, though it’s nice to have a curry with no ill effects
