Breaking a nice fresh egg yolk is quite possibly the most annoying thing in the world. Leaves me with a sinking feeling of total disappointment and sadness that’s puts me on the verge of phoning the samaritans

So the Samsung oven I just bought for £330 (down from £580) including £150 of Mindful Chef credit. I haven't used Mindful Chef since lock down 1 and am amazed to see its now £86 for 4 meals! Nuts - but hoping to make something wonderful when it arrives

I'm skipping lunch today. I've been quite lazy off the bike the last few weeks (in truth since March) and I've gone up to 91Kg from 85Kg so it's a healthy week for me
