I had a Romanian sheep cheese, no name as such as this was made in the village, that if you eat too much, you will be sick + the smell was :eek:
That said, if you manage to survive the homemade vodka, the cheese would be the lesser of two evils :cry:

I wonder how your Cabrales would compare to the Casu martzu of Italy....
I would try that cheese, if I had a few days spare for potential bum gravy.
