Sorry I gave the wrong impression - it’s just this stuff but its the best of the bunch. Really good.


I can however also recommend the below spice mix. Shot in 500g of lamb mince, mix and form into a loaf shape then bake. Slice as thin as you can. Thats the true healthier option I suppose!

Calling it medium rare is pushing it a bit, looks like it's still mooing lol. Where's the sear? It's pretty much all pink :D

Roasted whole sirloin, cooked to 57c after resting. The meat there is from the centre cut that's been trimmed of fat, so there's no sear.

See how it's the exact same colour as the "perfect" mid rare steak?
