Made for my wonderful parents, so sadly I won't get to munch on it :(

Using up veg as having a colonoscopy on Wed, so no fruit n veg from Sunday. Saturday, I’m out most of the day.

Chargrilled courgette and red peppers mixed in with a pack of sundried tomato couscous (just add hot water). Plus a side salad.

Just what everyone needs when they are tucking into their dinner, the thought of you having a colonoscopy...jfc

Had one of those recently. Good luck & you will see all that again when they give you the medication to take before going to the hospital :(

320g flour
3 eggs
60g caster suger
7g dried yeast
Milk
1 tsp salt
100g butter

Lob the lot into a bread maker (add milk until the consistency is right)
Pop dough into a bowl and cover until risen x2 size.
Divide into 6 balls and put into a pan/dutch oven (lid on) lined with grease proof paper and let rise.
Glaze with egg or melted butter.
Pop into a hot oven with the lid on for 20 minutes, remove lid and bake for approx 10 more minutes.

I know it's not strictly the correct way to do it, but it's minimal effort for maximum tastiness.
