I like Gouda and cheddar mixed with mozzarella. My favourite though is Monterey Jack. That’s the best melter ever. Very mild though.Cheddar is what we usually have in the hoose, but a bit of gouda every now and then or gruyere if we've got some left over from the ol' Waitrose Mackerel and Leek Bake.

Yep sometimes a bit of Worcestershire of cheese on toast is nice.
