Yeah boyeee.
I like applying the sauce (red or brown (HP)) under e cheese then a good dash of tabasco or Hendersons relish (worcestershire at a push) on top then back under the grill for a bit

Saucy, I shall have to give that a go. Nice one.
I mixed black pepper into the cheese, then Worcestershire Sauce on before going under the grill.

What’s your favourite cheese for grilled cheese?
Cheddar is what we usually have in the hoose, but a bit of gouda every now and then or gruyere if we've got some left over from the ol' Waitrose Mackerel and Leek Bake.

I like Gouda and cheddar mixed with mozzarella. My favourite though is Monterey Jack. That’s the best melter ever. Very mild though.

Yep sometimes a bit of Worcestershire of cheese on toast is nice. Tonight’s desert which is going to be binge eaten, “School Cake” they call it on the TikTok and all that.
My Partner goes to Asda and pays £2 for some small pieces, best believe I was resiliant and found a “Happy Shopper” type place which sold it.
And a skinny wrist to confirm I’m not morbidly obese, just unhealthy
