I spent 30 years as a professional chef working in places you wouldn't even know the names of. I've earned my stripes and know more about food than you could ever learn from reading a thousand cookery books ..pal :rolleyes:

The insults are actually quite funny, I can see the humour, but ultimately you guys are the ones paying £10-£30+ per meal for food from "eateries" of all descriptions and my food costs are about "£2" per meal and taste so much better (and are healthier too) as I understand flavours/ingredients and I know how to cook. Laugh all you like...muppets :p

The irony here, don't you see, is that people paid you 30 years for cooking, you are in fact, insulting yourself and insulting all the people that paid you all these years.

Post what you're eating or get thread banned, especially whilst you're throwing about insults.


I've just had rump steak, chips, peas, onion rings, mushrooms and pepper sauce, washed down with a San Miguel.

Was aiming for medium well but ended up more medium :(
(Despite following Aldi's cooking times to the letter)
