Made cinnamon rolls from scratch, they are absolutely amazing if I do say so myself.

Also did a full pork roasty but didn't take any pics.

I'm not the biggest sweet person, unless part of a bloody expensive meal, but that floats my boat.

I see so many, can I collect some, in like 20 minutes :cry:

Melt in the middle pudding and custard. I'm sure HC1 could knock something better up with his eyes closed, but I enjoyed it


In the pro cookery game we would call that chocolate pudding a fondant with a water ganache centre.
Anyway...aside from my food snobbery it looks very nice/tasty apart from the presentation of the vanilla custard (creme anglaise to chefs) that looks like it just got shot from my nutsack LOL :D
 
You may think I’m trying to trigger someone but I’m honestly not!

Dirty Wedges with a basic meat free Burger in a Brioche Bun.



Filled a gap, nothing to write home about it was just 0 effort and catered towards the partner.

Now for Wotsits and a Valencia Orange Lolly!

The custard was full of skin (personal preference don't shoot me) ;)
