I’ve always struggled a bit with whole meal type flour.
Still struggling a bit with those wholeground flour fo some reason, came out okay but should've been a bit taller I think!
The only time I seem to get it right is when baked in a glowing red hot Dutch oven with the lid on for 20 minutes, then off for 10.
That looks so good, did you limit yourself to one slice?

It was before 10AM so yes I did only have one
It was some sort of Biscoff Cheese Chake, extremely rich and “fudge” like.
If I’d eaten that I’d find the nearest display bed and would have had a quick nap.Little pit stop at IKEA between site visits this morning.
The Cheese Cake was sensational!

Some quick noods for lunch today
Marshmallow fluff and honey on toast, the spring onions don't seem to belong there mind.
Also, if @robfosters thought my microwaved scrambled eggs was bad he's going to have kittens over this.
I had my one and only Fireaway a few months back, had searing gas pain and the two-bob bits for days after.
Not been back since.

Did buy garlic and normal chive plants yesterday, which may be big enough for next year.

Chive grows like wild fire, you'll probably have some in a few weeks.

Agreed - Wouldn’t have gone down well with my manager, although ever since the lights have been on but nobody is home.
