Usually use Polenta to roll out instead of flour, but used flour this time (and some self raising to make up ingredients in the initial dough) and it's come out surprisingly well.
EDIT - Shape was to make 2 of them fit on a regular baking tray, whilst maximising size.
Looks great! Haven’t tried polenta for rolling - we started to use semolina. Might give that a go!
