If you like scampi and funny as this was used as scampi, try Monkfish in Panko breadcrumbs. If you can get the cheeks, even better

Tried Chicago style for Thursday pizza night, used some chorizo and sausage meat on top of the mozzarella. A little messy but really tasty!
