I agree - Something so good about Glass Bottled coke, up there with one of those good ones you get from McDonalds from time to time.

Tuesday roast tbf
or was it made Sunday and reheated? Looks beaut with the meat juices having seeped into the roast potatoes. Nom nom nom!!

Gammon and mash
In the office for a change so picked up some almond croissants on the way in
I'm pretty sure I can smell them
A quick stir fry from Sunday and Monday. I saw a video mentioning sticky peppery noodles so concocted my own.
Fried pork mince, then onion, garlic a bag of pepared stir fry veg but not the ones heavy on beansprouts.
Soy and Oyster sauce in a pan, add ready to cook udon noodles before piling everything else back in to mix. And loads of freshly ground black pepper. Was good!
Had this German seasoning mix from a friend and it apparently goes well on potatoes and I agreed after trying it.
Roasted them up and cooked some peppers, onions with steak strips kind of like fajita.

They are strong in flavour! Sweet Chilli I’ve found are the best but they do other flavours too.
