Honestly, it wouldn't matter which way you cut those puppies. Mr bartlett's potatoes are on form atmI usually quarter them, which is just objectively bad. So I approve of both of those methods.

Note to self..........on a random work meal, don't eat a massive protein laden salad at lunch (£6 for unlimited fill + 2 proteins). And then don't drink 4 pints of Guinness... and then don't order ******* Beef Wellington. Never felt so full in my LIFE. Train journey home was tough.
Also had duck, Wagyu dumplings and a few other things. Threadneedle street (y)
