Never let them know your next move… :p

Went for a Chicken Methi with Basmati Rice (Cheaper than Pilau) with a Naan Bread, Popadoms and Mango Chutney.. They forgot my Chilli Sauce :o

Really enjoyed it, quite mild but very tasty and a lovely change… definitely an option for on school nights :D
What do you reckon you spend on takeaways in a month?

Last month I spent £96

No idea, not really added it up.. That was £14.70

We used to eat out more, before a child that cost far more, don’t particular drink or go out drinking and so on!

But I could probably do with having more discipline and not opting for take out more often admittedly :D

Used up some veg and made a soup. Carrot, Courgette, Red Onion, Kale and Potato with bit of Ras el hanout.

I like the look of that. To make it a little more filling, next time add either some red lentils to cook whilst the soup is boiling or some tinned chickpeas a few minutes before the end. Additional fibre and protein along with being more filling

Yup lentils are a good shout for things like that, great for bulking it out.

Removed the skin from cod and haddock this morning and lightly blitzed them with crackers and pepper. Added an egg, shaped and left in fridge for a few hours.
Triple dipped in corn flour, egg and panko breadcrumbs and air fried at 200°C for 10 minutes and added a basic siracha, gochujang, mayo and cracked pepper sauce.
