Toasted Cheddar with beetroot and possibly spinach with plum tomatoes? Or is there chutney (I think called pickle here) so something like a ploughmans?

Just ham, cheese, lettuce and a bit of ketchup. I think if I replaced the ketchup with some Branston pickle it might be more of a ploughmans.

A good general will deploy resources efficiently.
Personally, for maximum protection, I would have doubled up the hashbrowns as a wall behind the pigs to allow the eggs more space to enjoy life.
