Toasted Cheddar with beetroot and possibly spinach with plum tomatoes? Or is there chutney (I think called pickle here) so something like a ploughmans?
 
OH is out with the Sister Xmas shopping and trying out the new RR Evoque Hybrid (which means I'm on standby to pick them up from whatever dealership after it breaks down again :cry: ) So the kitchen is mine.

Very presentable. However, if you are going for the "nouvelle cuisine" look, you need to add a soft boiled quail egg cut in two and sitting in formed mound of mayonnaise made using the milk of a platypus both on top of the Gateau au poisson.

Around the Grosses frites coupées, you need to put your frothy mango mousse and to finish off, five drops of coulis de framboise.

Personally, I would remove this photo as @{SAS}TB may see it and weep at what could have been last night :cry:
 
Was trying for maximum coverage

A good general will deploy resources efficiently.

Personally, for maximum protection, I would have doubled up the hashbrowns as a wall behind the pigs to allow the eggs more space to enjoy life.
