The **Now Eating** Thread

Just had a chorizo, spring onion, red cheese and spinach omelette, which looked really bad, no photo, but tasted good.
OH Has been taken down with flu, so I've finished prepping a beef & bone casserole, including a walk to the supermarket for more goodies to go in it and that's in on a 4hr slow cook in the air fryer.

Beef, bone full of marrow, potatoes, carrots, sweet potato, onions, celery, leeks, can of Northern Monk chocolate fudge brownie, can of beef stock, stock stock and more stock and dumplings.
4hrs Slow cook in the air fryer and 20 minutes low heat for the dumplings.

Washed down with Turners apple pie mulled cider.

Had an Indian last night! It’s a sad state of affairs as the last few haven’t been the best, I do know they had a Chef retiring who was training his Nephew up :rolleyes:

Garlic Naan, Chicken Kahri with Poppadoms, Rice, Chilli Sauce and a Paneer Methi.





Actually found myself with kitchen towel absorbing some of the oil before playing up!

Similar issues locally, when a few places started to employ Afghan chefs, who make great Northern dishes, but struggle on other dishes that Brits have always bought.
