I reckon that's either a Mexican Hot, or a custom Spicy Beef, green peppers, onion and jalapeños job (which short of the Pepperoni is a Mexican Hot. No sane person would put Pepperoni under the cheese lest it not crisp up and form little pools of awesomeness).

So I'm going with a custom.

mexican hot, pepperoni is there and fine, just hard to see
 
I was curious because I cook pizza in the oven a few times a week now and my cheese is either too wet or too darn dry. I even tried drying the Mozzarella in the fridge standing in a sieve overnight to get some of the water out but it doesn't quite get there.
