Stayed over in Cardiff last night and was taken to a cracking veggie Indian cafe
Not your usual menu by any stretch - the food was delicious

It is a Wagyu burger, hiding behind mature Cheddar, spring onions, caramelised onion chutney, mayo, Polish gherkins, dry bacon bits in a toasted brioche bun.
My New Years resolution was to never make a resolution again

Well I knew that was coming as I sniggered to myself before even typing it.
I mean if you specify that they are Polish how are they good/bad/different to any other gherkin? Its not something I've considered before when shopping for gherkins.
I'm really overthinking this.
I quite often buy similar to UK foods, but from those foreign weirdo's because it often tastes better, has less additives and can be better prepared.
These Polish Gherkins have a better taste and more added to the flavour than the usual dull UK jar of gherkins.
We used to shop twice a month in France and enjoyed the difference and have kind of carried on to buy shopping for non UK produced products.

I'll keep my eye out and give them a try.
TBH It is worth checking out more as you might be surprised at how different and good some of it tastes.
