Everyone on here seems to have tenderstem broccoli instead of florets. Why is that? I love florets but have never had tenderstem, it looks kinda woody.

I always use tenderstem broccoli in my stirfrys.
Nice crunch to it basically whereas normal broccoli can be a bit mush.

Tenderstem & Purple Sprouting taste much nicer than Broccoli imo, it looks more appetising too.
