I like that you put it in the tupperware containers to get a more authentic takeaway experience :)

Looks so good. Is that a layer of cream then jam and then cream again? Like putting two fingers up at the Devon/Cornwall Cream Tea debate.
Yes, though two different types of cream.
I use a thinner cream on the bottom, the jam in the middle and then top with a nice thick clotted cream.

Sometimes I like to really **** off both sides of the bridge and put the cream on one half, the jam on the other and then smash them together in a sandwich.
